Hey everyone!

I just wanted to share with you something I came across while browsing the web today. Ready for some sweet guitar pictures?

Hutchinson Guitar Concepts is a custom guitar company that creates some truly artistic guitar designs.

From the “Viking V” to the “Molten Diabolic”, these designs are nothing short of impressive.

Some of the designs go a bit beyond what I would ever use on stage, yet some are just too freakin’ cool!

I noticed that a lot of his designs looked like they were made out of metal, so I began to dig around more on his website. Turns out, he never uses metal unless he specifies it.

Most of the time the effect is created with a combination of finishes, paints and laminants.

The best part? He can do this with any guitar- even yours! Many custom guitar shops require you to let them use their in-shop materials to build your guitar.

With Hutchinson you can do that if you wish, or you can mail in your own guitar to have turned into a Frankenbeast!

What do you think? Would you every have your guitar overhauled into one of these monsters?

I personally like the way the Steampunk SP-1 looks. That rugged, old 20’s radio sort of look is awesome in my opinion.

Please leave any thoughts or comments in the box below and don’t forget to check out Hutchinson Guitar’s website!

  1. I can’t say I’m going to learn how to play, (I’ve tried but didn”t love as much) but I can appreciate a good looking guitar! Absolutely LOVE the “Viking V”!
